Early in my career, while working for a large corporation with many fantastic customer-first minded people, I had a chance to witness a handful of people, that I swear, were in sales & client satisfaction prevention. At that point, I was in this space for 10 years, and I witnessed more of it as each year went by.

It became increasingly obvious to me that there was a better way. Too often clients did not have the products that were needed for an event or a meeting. Seeing the disappointment and at times the panic it made me ask questions:

– What if the entire staff was customer centric and focused, would this be happening?

– What if everyone’s first answer was not no?

– What if everyone thought outside of the box?

– What if everyone approached it as if they were the customer needing the items for a trade show, meeting or having an employee recognition event?

– What if everyone said we will do whatever it takes to make it happen?

Out of these thoughts, Proforma Awards Print & Promotions was born.

I reached out to these clients after creating Proforma Awards Print & Promotions LLC. Over the years I had formed many relationships with some of the Nation’s largest brands. This paved the way for success in the first few years.

Word of mouth referrals and viewing every project from the client’s perspective would be the foundation moving forward. We approach each project knowing we are an extension of the client and their team.

We provide a single reliable source that makes it happen and our clients appreciate that. When you make their life a little easier, they will remember that. These things have been the keys to our success.
