The Challenge

Fuchs Lubricants, a leading manufacturer in the Midwest, needed a comprehensive and efficient solution to equip their sales team with the necessary marketing tools. The challenge was to create customized sales and marketing kits that would not only be visually consistent with the company’s brand standards but also functional and easy to distribute. The project required four variations of the kit, each tailored to specific sales scenarios, with materials that included full-color brochures and catalogs ranging from 12 to 20 pages.

 

Additionally, the company faced internal resource constraints, making it essential to find a solution that did not burden the existing team with assembly and distribution tasks, especially given the limited time and space available.

The Solution

Proforma Awards, Print, and Promotions provided a Turnkey Solution through their Sourcing, Printing, Kitting and Fulfillment, and Drop-Shipping services. Understanding the importance of maintaining brand consistency while meeting the functional needs of the sales team, Proforma took charge of the entire process from start to finish.

 

The project began with the sourcing and printing of high-quality materials. Proforma designed and produced four variations of the sales and marketing kits, each featuring a pocket with a 1/2” depth to securely hold the brochures and catalogs. The printed materials included 8.5” x 11” full-color, two-sided brochures and catalogs, available in 12, 16, and 20-page versions. These materials were crafted to align perfectly with Fuchs Lubricants’ brand standards, ensuring a cohesive and professional presentation.

Proforma then handled the kitting and fulfillment process, carefully assembling each kit according to the specific requirements of the sales team. By managing this process in-house, Proforma ensured that the kits were consistent and ready for immediate use, without requiring any additional input or time from Fuchs Lubricants’ internal staff.

 

To streamline the distribution, Proforma also managed the drop-shipping of these kits directly to the sales staff, ensuring that each team member received the materials they needed without delay. This approach allowed Fuchs Lubricants to focus on their core business operations while Proforma managed the logistics.

The Outcome
